What we collect
When you place an online order we store your name, mobile number, the delivery address (for delivery orders only), the dishes you ordered, any notes you add, the order amount and the payment option you chose. We keep a record of the order and a customer entry linked to your mobile number so that staff can prepare, deliver and bill your order and help you with any question about it.
What we do not collect
We do not take online payments. Payment is collected by the restaurant in person (cash or UPI) and we never ask for or store card or bank details. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your details with marketing companies.
Cookies and storage on your device
The website uses one cookie to remember your language choice (English, Tamil or both). Staff members who sign in get a secure session cookie. Your cart and the details you type at checkout are kept only in your own browser (local storage) so that you do not lose them; you can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
Who can see your details
Only authorised restaurant staff can see order details, inside the restaurant's own system. Your details may be shared with a delivery person only as far as needed to deliver your order.
How long we keep it
Order and billing records are kept as long as required for accounts and tax purposes. You can ask us to correct your details or remove your customer entry where the law allows.
